When first going to personnel department, you cannot exit without assigning crew. And there was no one with navigation experience available to hire.

Just playing through the tutorial...and I'm stuck. on the " topping off the tanks mission", I bought the 2 units of endurium, and couldn't pass the mission. Sold it, bought it again, and still no good. This is bad, I should not already be stuck, really stuck, five minutes into the game. sorry folks ...
